Current Positions Available:

HEADMASTER

POSITION OBJECTIVES

1. Become the Chief Executive for StoneBridge School and assume responsibility for the learning success of every child enrolled as well as the effective operation of the school.

2. Accept the charge of leading the school academically, administratively, and spiritually.

3. Provide visibility for the school within the community and with targeted audiences, as well as leading in raising funds for both operational and capital needs.

4. Coordinate stakeholder input to facilitate strategic planning and implementation of objectives and strategies.

5. Incorporate into all endeavors a vision-focus and a passion for Christian Education.

6. Apply a results oriented strategy utilizing innovative and proven problem-solving skills with striving to achieve generational impact by building future leaders.

PREFERENCES/CREDENTIALS

The ideal candidate for the position of Headmaster of StoneBridge School:

-is an evangelical Christian who agrees with the school's statement of faith and has a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.

-is an experienced educator with proven leadership abilities possessing a current ACSI certification

-holds an advanced degree from an accredited college or university in education, business, or theology

-is a visionary with a love of God and a passion for Christian education and America's Christian history

-understands children of all ages and stages of development as a result of experience working with both younger and older children and appreciations the God-given individuality of each child

-possesses Christian character that is in harmony with the school ethos and that provides a strong role model for all students in the StoneBridge student body

-is a collaborative leader with strong interpersonal skills with the proven ability to recognize and develop in others leadership and professionalism

-perceives, processes, evaluates, and executes decisions using a Biblical worldview

-preferably has business or non-profit advancement experience, with the ability to identify and secure resources and develop relationships with those who want to participate in supporting the mission of the school
