  • minimum of master's degree, preferably in Educational Administration
  • signicant experience in Christian classroom teaching and school administration
  • if no experience in a Principle Approach® school, a strong awareness of the distinctives of that approach
  • ACSI principal-level certification (or eligibility for it)
