Fifth Grade Field Study to WAVY
On Friday, February 6th, the fifth grade students visited WAVY-TV 10 studios in Portsmouth to conclude their study of meteorology. Students watched morning meteorologist, and StoneBridge parent, Jon Cash present the live weather forecast as well as the live news reporting by anchors Don Roberts and Kerri Furey. The highlight of the study occurred as each student presented his/her own weather forecast complete with computer graphics on camera. The students' seven day outlook: a snow day, of course!
