What is the SBS Golf Ball Drop? At the Golf Classic on April 3, a firetruck from Portsmouth Fire Department will load up 2000 numbered golf balls and drop them onto the golf course. The golf ball that lands closest to the hole will win and the lucky winner will win $2000! Only 2000 golf balls available. You do not need to be present to win. All tickets must be purchased by March 31, 2025.
