Christian Heritage Day is StoneBridge School’s special annual event celebrating God’s providential Hand in our nation’s history. This year, students remembered the lives and individuals at Plymouth Plantation.
The entire StoneBridge community began the day with a special Thanksgiving chapel, as each Lower School class presented their first fruits (food items they have collected) to Mercy Drops Dream Center. The day was filled with hands-on learning, including corn grinding, apple roasting, farm animals, beehives, hunting, wood making, and more. It ended with our traditional Thanksgiving Day feast in each classroom.
Upper School students took the day to serve the Lower School by volunteering in different positions, while our Middle School students went off campus to assemble flood buckets with donated items for victims of Hurricane Ian. We are grateful to everyone who volunteered their time, talents and resources to make this day so special.
