Extended Care

StoneBridge Extended Care oversees students before and after school hours. The program provides working StoneBridge parents safe and reliable childcare before and after school hours and provides students with assisted study time and safe, engaging activities. We ensure all children are supervised. Our primary concern is for the safety of all our students. Participants of Extended Care are offered a variety of enrollment options before and after school. Before and after school hours are listed in FACTS under Resources in the Extended Care Handbook.

FEES (per child, per month)

Mornings only – $115
Afternoons only – $210
Afternoons only (every day except Thursday) – $180
Mornings & afternoons – $300
Mornings & afternoons (except Thursday afternoons) – $250
Thursday afternoons only – $95
Occasional use – $10 per hour or $2.50 per 15 minute increments

Monthly rates are computed by dividing the yearly cost into nine payments. Therefore, the payment is the same each month regardless of the number of school days in the month. Occasional Use is pulled weekly and due within 10 days. Monthly contracts are billed and due monthly, September-May, 9 payments, and are automatically drafted through FACTS. The monthly contract covers Extended Care from the first week of school in August through the last day of school.

LATE PICK-UP FEES (per family)

Per 15 minutes or any part thereof for the first hour past 6 p.m. – $15

Per 15 minutes or any part thereof for each subsequent hour – $25

By submitting this form, you are agreeing to be billed by StoneBridge School for the service amount you select. I/We herewith notify StoneBridge School that my child(ren) will enroll for the 2025-2026 school year to use Extended Care as noted on this form. In consideration of said enrollment, Parent/Guardian agrees to the following: Past-due Payments and Delinquent Accounts: If standard fees become past due by 60 days, the student may not attend extended care until the account is brought current. Whether a student is withdrawn or dismissed, the fees obligation shall remain with the parent/guardian and the parent/guardian agrees that this covenant shall survive such events. Please note the provisions of this paragraph do not apply to payments made by EFT that are drawn during the month the payment is due.
