Coach Jones is the Head varsity football coach in the area for 26 years. 33 years experience as a PE teacher in the area. Currently teaching PE and assistant football coach at Western branch high school. Played football at Virginia Tech 1980–1984. Spent three years with six NFL teams in training camp. I’ve organized and supervised strength, training and agility programs at all the high schools that I was a head coach at in the area, including Windsor, Franklin, Smithfield, Kings Fork and Ocean Lakes.
