HOMECOMING 2026 REVISITED!

image

Homecoming 2026 was a fun step back in time as the community came together under the theme Back to the Future.

At the Alumni Chapel, students heard from Molly MacDonald, Class of 2013, on “The Power of Yes.” Every year, this chapel grounds our celebration in faith and gratitude, and reminds everyone that while much has changed over the years, StoneBridge’s mission and values remain steady.

At the Alumni Games, friendly competition and plenty of laughter brought everyone together on the court and in the bleachers for basketball and volleyball.

The celebration culminated in a fun Friday night event filled with school spirit, fellowship, food, and fun for the whole family. Alumni returned to walk the halls, reconnecting with classmates and teachers and reliving old memories. Homecoming 2026 was a fun, meaningful way to celebrate where StoneBridge has been and looking forward to a bright future. View all the photos below!

Portrait of a Graduate: Nicole (Gamboni) Walter, Class of 2014

image
Nicole Gamboni Walter, Class of 2014, like many young Christians stepping into college and adulthood, found that faith was no longer something reinforced daily by teachers and parents. It had to become her own. What began as lessons learned at StoneBridge soon matured into a personal, resilient trust in Christ, rooted firmly in the Biblical foundation first planted there.

Portrait of a Graduate: Joel Arcieri, Class of 2009

There’s an unsettling feeling that follows when the role that once defined you suddenly disappears. For Joel Arcieri, StoneBridge School Class of 2009, that time came when he stepped away from ministry — and with it, the title of “pastor” that had shaped his identity for years. What followed was a season marked by depression and anxiety, a time when his faith was tested.

Portrait of a StoneBridge Graduate: A Legacy of Christian Character

image
At StoneBridge School, the journey of Christian education is a seamless thread—woven from the earliest grades through graduation. What begins in the Lower and Middle School classrooms with the shaping of a Biblical worldview and disciplined learning habits matures in high school into a life of purpose guided by four defining ideals: Scholarship, Stewardship, Servanthood, and Statesmanship. The strength of this foundation is evident in the success of our alumni.

Alumni Spotlight: Chris Kostrzewa, Class of 2017

image
Many Christian students just out of high school may find themselves trying to navigate the challenges of living out their faith in a secular world. Fortunately for many students like Chris Kostrzewa, SBS Class of 2017, StoneBridge taught him how to face these challenges with confidence and compassion.

Keeping the Faith: SBS Alumni Answer What Grounded them in College

image
The number one concern for many Christian parents is whether their children will stay rooted in their faith once they face the rigors and challenges of life beyond high school. Are there practical steps parents and children can take so they’re not swayed by anti-biblical ideas in college and beyond? We asked four SBS alumni how they kept (and are keeping) their faith after StoneBridge.

Alumni Spotlight: Hayden (Hill) Blythe, Class of 2001

When Hayden (Hill) Blythe, Class of 2001, spoke during an Upper School Chapel in November, her passion for the underserved community was clear. In fact, she says, “My post-secondary life has had one major purpose: partnering with God in reconciling all things to Christ, particularly among marginalized people groups.”

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT: Ryan Barbosa, Class of 2008

Ryan Barbosa, SBS Class of 2008, loves helping speak up for those who can’t always speak up for themselves. It’s a life principle for him, one that his StoneBridge experience helped develop in him during his high school years. He attended StoneBridge from 10th through 12th grade.
